Declaration of Restrictions Reminder

A friendly reminder that Symphony Hills homeowners have agreed to place certain restrictions for the benefit of all homeowners as outlined in the Declaration of Restrictions document located atsymphonyhills.org.

Homeowners are encouraged to review these restrictions periodically and report any violations to our Property Manager, Lisa Ferraro (Lisa@cmckc.com).

Once such restriction is Section 2, subsection O which states “All doors on garages shall be kept closed, except when opened for the purpose of parking or removal of motor vehicles.” Homeowners are asked to be conscientious of this in light of the recent trend in our area of thefts from open garages.
