The Clubhouse at Symphony Hills is located at 14915 S Gallery Street, next to our Association pool. It is available for rental to Association members.
It’s the perfect location for birthday and graduation parties, bridal and baby showers and receptions.
Amenities include:
- All day rental
- Large open space with capacity for 80 people
- Tables and chairs provided
- Buffet tables provided
- Men’s and Women’s Bathrooms
- Full Kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave and dishwasher
- Storage Room
- Parking Lot
- Great location
- A/V equipment available (additional rental fee), including a DJ-quality speaker and microphone (with a built in mp3 docking) and a HD projector
- Grill
Rental fee is $150
All rentals are eligible to rent audio-visual equipment for use during rental. Audio Video Rental Agreement
Members must be in good standing at the time of the rental.
